"That the Company be wound-up voluntarily, and that Matthew Douglas Hardy (IP No. 009160), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Poppleton & Appleby, 30 St. Paul's Square, Birmingham, B3 1QZ and Gerald Maurice Krasner (IP No. 005532), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP. 4th Floor, Cathedral Buildings, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1PG and Gareth Prince (IP No. 16090), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 8th Floor, Temple Point, 1 Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up·
