NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Michael O'Connor, in his capacity as director of Insolvency Solutions Limited and duly authorised by the Board of Directors and acting as the Convener of the meeting, is convening a virtual meeting of creditors of the Company to be held on 14 May 2019 at 11.00 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.
