Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Nicholas Cusack, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY. A meeting of creditors it to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Administrator's Statement of Proposals. 2. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee. 3. The approval of the Administrator's fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs. 4. The timing of the Administrators' discharge. The meeting will be held on 21 September 2021 at 11.00 am. This virtual meeting will be recorded audio in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded. Where any recording of the meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Administrator by one of the following methods. All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4.00 pm on 20 September 2021. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11:00 on 21 September 2021.
