Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Liquidator at the address below by no later than 3 March 2022 (the last date for proving).

A Creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend, is not entitled to disturb by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend before their debt was proved.

A Creditor whose debt does not exceed ÂŁ1,000 (according to the accounting records of the above-named company) is not required to prove their debt as described by this notice unless advised otherwise by the Liquidator.
