"That Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 9614) and Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) both of Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham, B3 2RT be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the above company in accordance with Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally."
