Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily"

Ordinary Resolution

"That Ninos Koumettou of Alexander Lawson Jacobs, 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London N21 3NA be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company's affairs and distributing its assets"

At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors and held on the same day Adrian Allen and Mark Wilson of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP were appointed as the Joint Liquidators.
