At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 4.00 pm on 23 November 2018 at Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Edgar Blackburn (IP No. 6234) and Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
