Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 June 2017, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that the winding up proceeds as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation and that the Joint Liquidators be at liberty to distribute any of the Company’s assets in specie and any class of share distribution be carried out as directed by the Members and that for the purpose of the winding up of the Company, Paul Michael Davis (IP No. 7805) and Frederick Charles Satow (IP No. 8326) both of MHA MacIntyre Hudson, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
