Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4) to the Joint Liquidators at CVR Global LLP, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ by no later than 28 February 2019 (the last date for proving).

Creditors who have not proved their debt by the last date for proving may be excluded from the benefit of this dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.

In accordance with an order of the High Court dated 24 August 2012, the Joint Liquidators have been granted liberty not to send, by post on the creditors of the Company owed less than ÂŁ100.00: Notice of intended dividend (both interim and final) pursuant to Rule 11.2(1)(a) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended by Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency Rules 2016): and proof of debt in the administration (the "Material"). However, a copy of the Material will be made available for viewing and downloading as and when it would otherwise become available in hard copy at the following website address http://cvdfk.insolvencypoint.com/dial45553.
