A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at 43-45 Church Street, Old Bank Business Centre, Wednesbury, WS10 8DU presented on 14 July 2022 by WHITE OAK UK (CBILS) LIMITED whose registered office is at Second Floor, HQ Offices, 58 Nicholas Street, Chester, CH1 2NP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 6 September 2022 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
