"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) and Andrew Andronikou (IP No. 8806) both of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
