A Petition to wind up the above-named company whose registered office is at 20 Church Street, Colne, Lancashire, BB8 0LG, presented on 2 January 2018 by PENDLE PERSONNEL LIMITED of The Malt Kiln, Gisburn Road, Higherford, Lancashire, BB9 6AJ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Burnley Combined Court Centre, The Law Courts, Hammerton Street, Burnley, Lancashire, BB9 6AJ on 14 February 2018 at 10:30 am (or as soon therefter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on 13 February 2018.
