That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

The Company also passed the following ordinary resolution on October 4, 2022:

That Nick Edwards and Graham Bushby of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, The Pinnacle, 170 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1BP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis.
