A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Frencheye (Stratford) Limited of 120 Moorgate, 3rd Floor, London EC2M 6UR, presented on 9 March 2017 by THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM, Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road, London E16 2QU, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry at 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX, on 8 May 2017 at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 5 May 2017.
