Notice is hereby given that on 20 October 2017 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Davinder Samrai, the director of Freight Design (Scotland) Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that Freight Design (Scotland) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC351699) and having its Registered Office at 49 Virginia Street, Glasgow, G1 1TS be wound up by the Court and that Ian William Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB, be appointed as Interim Liquidator; by Interlocutor dated 20 October 2017 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; and meantime, until the Petition for a winding up order has been granted or refused, appointed the said Ian William Wright to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in sections 167 and 169 and in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
