Notice is hereby given that on 24 June 2019 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by John Milne Riddoch and Alan Craig for an order to wind up Freight.Co International Limited (Registered Number SC128794), having its Registered Office at Unit 5 Greenrole Estate, 3 Howemoss Drive, Kirkhill, Dyce, Aberdeen, AB21 0GL, in which Petition, Lord Doherty by Interlocutor dated 24 June 2019 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and meantime, on cause shown, appointed Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs of KPMG LLP, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG, to be joint provisional liquidators of Freight.Co International Limited with authority to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
