NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held on 10 February 2016 at Shaw Gibbs LLP, 264 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7DY at 11.00 am for the purpose of receiving the report of the liquidator as to the winding up and determining whether the liquidator should have his release under Section 174 of the said Act. A creditor is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a creditor of the company.
