"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that David Griffiths (IP No. 22930) and Conrad Beighton (IP No. 9556) both of Leonard Curtis, Cavendish House, 39-41 Waterloo Street, Birmingham B2 5PP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
