Notice is hereby given that on 29 July 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by Alexander Oastler Limited, 30 Douglas Street, Dundee DD1 5DA, craving the Court inter alia that CRAIGTAY HOTEL LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC559517) and having its registered office at 7 Balmossie Green, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 3GD (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner of William Duncan Business Recovery Ltd, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NU be appointed as Interim Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee by interlocutor of 29 July 2019 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 6 West Bell Street, Dundee, DD1 9AD, within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
