Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 27 April 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Freestone (IP No. 20170) and Paul Mallatratt (IP No. 20630) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Pavilion House, 14-16 Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AB be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
