No 1. as a Special Resolution and No 2. as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Shona Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, be appointed Liquidator of the Company."
