Notice is hereby given that a General meeting of the members of the above named Company was duly convened and held on 25 July 2017 at the offices of William Duncan (Business Recovery), 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU. The following resolutions were passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilites, continue its business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Annette Menzies (IP No. 9128) of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

The meeting was convened and chaired by the Company's sole director & shareholder, Mr Stephen Fraser.
