NOTICE is hereby given that on 12 September 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Coyle Personnel plc, Hygeia, 66-68 College Row, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1BE, craving the Court inter alia that Fraser Construction (Scotland) Limited having its Registered Office at care of Morton Fraser LLP, Quartermile Two, 2 Lister Square, Edinburgh, EH3 9GL (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 20 September 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
