William Matthew Humphries Tait (Officeholder No: 9564) of BDO LLP, 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick RH6 0PA and Danny Nicolaas William Darnaill (Officeholder No: 10110) of BDO LLP, Thames Tower, Level 12, Station Road, Reading RG1 1LX, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 7 April 2014 and 2 June 2016 respectively.

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend within two months of the last date for proving, being 3 September 2018. Creditors who have not already submitted a proof of debt are invited to prove their debts in writing to us at BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool L2 5RH by no later than 3 September 2018, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
