We, Gary N Lee (IP No. 009204) and Dean Watson (IP No. 009661) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 19 July 2018.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company.

It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 20 March 2020. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 20 March 2020 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.
