Notice is hereby given that on 11th February 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Wick by Francis Street Club & Institute Limited, a society registered under the Cooperative and Community Benefit and Societies Act 2014, having their Registered Office at 21 Francis Street, Wick, Caithness, KW1 5PZ ('the Club") craving the Court, inter alia, that the Club be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Wick by First Deliverance dated 13th February 2019, ordained the Club and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Wick Sheriff Court, Bridge Street, Wick, KW1 4AJ, within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement and eo die appointed Alexander lain Fraser , Insolvency Practitioner of FRP Advisory LLP, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD to be Provisional Liquidator of the Club with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
