"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Waghorn (IP No. 009432) of Azets, 92 London Street, Reading Berkshire, RG1 4SJ and Louise Brittain (IP No. 009000) of Azets, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
