NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 21st September 2017 at 11.30 am, for the purpose of enabling creditors to nominate a Liquidator to the Company and ancillary matters in accordance with s100(1B) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The time limit for lodging a proof of debt is 4pm on the business day prior to the meeting and the time limit for lodging a proxy is the start of the meeting.
