A Petition to wind up the above-named company of F. P. Group Ltd (11370610) of Kemp Hous, 152-160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, Kemp Hous, 152-160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 41201 - construction of commercial buildings and also the other objects as stated in the Memorandom of Association of the Company, presented on Monday 24 February 2020, at 10:30 by ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR UK LIMITED, of Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham TW20 9FB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 14 April 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
