A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Foxcroft Stud Limited (08254911) of The Poplars, Bridge Street, Brigg DN20 8NQ, whose nature of business is 01430- Raising of Horses and other equines, presented on Thursday 18 August 2022, at 10:00 by M.K.M. BUILDING SUPPLIES LIMITED, of Stoneferry Road, Hull HU8 8DE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 25 October 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
