"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Dix (IP No. 009327) of LB Insolvency Solutions Limited, Swift House, Ground Floor, 18 Hoffmanns Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1GU be appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such voluntary winding up."
