“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Eileen Blackburn (IP No 8605) and David McGinness (IP No 26590), both of French Duncan LLP, 56 Palmerston Place, Edinburgh, EH12 5AY, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
