“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that David Robert Thurgood and Freddy Khalastchi, both of Menzies, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT, (IP No: 9170 and 8752) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally.”
