“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Charles MacMillan (IP No. 6000) of Beever and Struthers, St George’s House, 215-219 Chester Road, Manchester, M15 4JE be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding.”
