“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them."
