Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 April 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Simon Matthew Edwards (IP No. 008244) and Janette Louise Chillery-Belcher (IP No. 21722) both of Aaron & Partners LLP, 5-7 Grosvenor Court, Foregate Street, Chester, Cheshire, CH1 1HG were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such members voluntary winding up.”
