Notice is hereby given that on 6 February 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Sash UK Limited, Ferrymoor Way, Park Springs Grimethorpe, Barnsley, craving the Court inter alia that FORTRESS HOME GROUP LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC521314) and having it’s registered office at 15 Dumbryden Drive, Edinburgh, EH14 2QR (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Claire Middlebrook, Insolvency Practitioner of Middlebrooks, 11a Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG be appointed as interim liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor of 6 February 2020 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
