A Petition to Wind Up the above named company Fortis UK Holdings Ltd (09703862) of 300 St. Mary's Road, Garston, Liverpool, L 19 0NQ, the principal nature of whose business is activities of Head Offices, presented on Thursday 5 January 2023 by CLOSE BROTHERS LIMITED of Wimbledon Bridge House, 1 Hartfield Road, London, SW19 3RU, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the County Court at Liverpool, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX on Tuesday 28 February 2023 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
