At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE on 14 July 2020 at 4.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Julie Humphrey (IP No. 23930) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE and Philip David Reynolds (IP No. 21190) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
