Notice is hereby given that on 15 March 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk craving the Court inter alia that FORTH BUILDERS (SCOTLAND) LIMITED, with its Registered Office at Unit 4 Redding Industrial Estate, Redding, Falkirk, FK2 9TT be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by interlocutor dated 15 March 2018 ordained the said Forth Builders (Scotland) Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
