“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joylan Sunnassee (IP No. 10470) of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 5TZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
