Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 October 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Reeds (IP No. 28040) and Paul Bailey (IP No. 9428) both of Bailey Ahmad Limited, Sussex Innovation, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 14 October 2022 the appointment of of Matt Reeds and Paul Bailey as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
