A Petition to wind up the above-named Company Forgewood Group Limited of 158 Redehall Road, Smallfields, Horley, Surrey, RH6 9RH (Registered Office), presented on 8 May 2017 by FORGEWOOD CONTRACTS LIMITED (in liquidation) of Maxwelton House, 41-43 Boltro Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1BJ, a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Brighton County Court, Williams Street, Brighton, BN2 0RF, on 5 July 2017 at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.16 by 16.00 hours on 4th July 2017.

A copy of the Petition will be supplied by the undersigned on payment of the prescribed charge.
