At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Swiss Farm International, Marlow Road, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 2HY on 8 June 2022 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Rupping (IP No. 16012) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich, NR1 1RE be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
