At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Ashcroft House, Gray Lane, Halem, NG22 8AL on 26 August 2021, at 10.30 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Freestone (IP No. 20170) and Mark Nicholas Ranson (IP No. 9299) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Merchants Court, 21-23 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 26 August 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Louise Freestone and Mark Nicholas Ranson as Joint Liquidators.
