Notice is given under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”) that the Company was placed into creditors’ voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Louise Freestone and Mark Nicholas Ranson (IP number 20170 and 9299) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Merchants Court, 21-23 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 26 August 2021.

Notice is further given, that the creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 26 September 2021 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidators at Opus Restructuring LLP, Merchants Court, 21-23 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.

Please note that no further public notice will be made and therefore the Liquidators shall be entitled to make any distribution without regard to any claims not proved in the manner required by statute.
