"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Iain Nairn (IP No. 013594) of Leonard Curtis, Unit 13, Kingsway House, Kingsway Team Valley, Trading Estate, Gateshead, NE11 0HW and Anthony Milnes (IP No. 23150) of Leonard Curtis, 9th Floor, 7 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5HD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
