Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 June 2021, as a special resolution and ordinary resolutions respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily”; and

“That Timothy Close and Richard Warwick of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2UH be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up”; and

“That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
