A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Forest Creations Ltd (07976107) whose registered office is WHITEHALL HOUSE FELDSPAR CLOSE ENDERBY LEICESTER LE19 4SD whose nature of business is Agents involved in the same of timber and building materials presented on 26 November 2019 at 15.19 by ROLLE SCHIJNDEL B.V. (A Company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands) of Duinweg 3, 5482 Vr Schijndel, The Netherlands claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Thursday 10 February 2020 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
