A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Ford News Limited (04412544) of 56 Springfields, Barnsley, South Yorkshire S75 1JS, whose nature of business is Retail sale in non-specialised stores with food, beverages or tobacco predominating, presented on Tuesday 13 October 2020, at 16:00 by COSTCUTTER SUPERMARKETS GROUP LIMITED, of 3rd Floor, Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool L2 3YL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 May 2021, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
